The worst place to shop. Waited 30 mins in the Hardware and key area to get a copy for the key to be made. Nobody bothered to fucking show up. I kept pushing the GD button for assistance. No fucking assistance. They need to change their commercial advertisement because the reality is they don’t give a fuck about you 😡😡😡

I prefer Lowes over any other home improvement store and very glad I have one so close. The staff is great and any issues I have had were resolved very quickly without fuss.
As somebody who knows nothing about home improvement, usually walking into Lowes causes me stress. I called ahead and Mary Jo knew exactly who I was and helped me make my final decisions. Sean at customer service made sure everything was finalized and after less than 30 mins total I was all set to go! Totally stress free! Can't wait for my new dryer to be delivered!
I read other reviews and it's hard to believe they go to same store. If you want help with lighting see Tina. Actually everyone is helpful. I will say this. In season you must get there early if you want someone to pay attention quickly.
