I shop Lowe's Marysville quite a bit I'm only 2 miles away, today I went in garden and asked for a Flag holder, I got it and went to check out, and waited, and waited, while the cashier was taking forever to check out a person with multiple items, there were two associates messing around with flower carts right in front of checkout, teaching your employees to be aware and support their fellow employees by recognizing a situation and helping to alleviate it needs to addressed. Yes I got my Lowe's Credit card statement and I had too return 3 boxes of flooring, when I got credit card statement the return amount was not deducted, I went too service desk and Talked with Rebecca very nice young lady she got the amount removed for me quickly and no problem, Rebecca is very good with the customers -Thanks ,Richard Hinton.
I am very upset with their customer service. After difficulties ordering carpet, they compounded the situation by arguing with me, interrupting me, and blaming the situation on me.
Unorganized sales staff and uncaring managers. Highly disappointed with how they treat loyal customers. I get it's a big box store but when you spend thousands and half of it doesn't show up. That's a problem.
Very disappointed in Lowes. I ordered a LG Washer on Dec 5th and never heard anything back on when the delivery would be, so I called the customer service line. They are telling me it will be the 26th of December at the earliest. This is so unacceptable. I really should cancel my order. I can guarantee that I wont order from Lowes again if this is the kind of service delivered.
