So apparently in order to receive a military discount with Lowe’s, you have to register in their website. The fact that I have my military ID isn’t enough anymore. Zero stars, I will take my business elsewhere.
Stood in line for 45 min in the garden center to pay for my mulch and then pull around and have them load it. i said I need 10 bags of Preen mulch, P-R-E-E-N. She rang up Premium mulch. I caught the error after she rang it up. I told her of the error and then I was told I would have to go to customer service and then get back in line. Then she hollared "Next"
Ordered a riding lawn mower from Lowes Marysville. Without telling me they transfer the order to a different store. When the mower is delivered the owners manual is soaking wet, because it has been allowed to sit out in the rain. But it is missing something very important. A KEY. I try to cal about this but all I get is "it's not our problem'" Lowes, you had a chance to make things right. You're out of chances. Come get it out of my yard so I can take my business to someone that wants it.
Firing a flatbed driver for the incompetance of the employees? Management is lucky they are breathing through a tube in the hospital. They would be if they treated me that way
I would not recommend purchasing an appliance that needs delivered. They have an outside vendor doing the delivery and my wall oven delivery was a fiasco in November and the only thing they could say over and over was "Sorry, we don't know what happened." When you outsource you lose control of your product. My husband missed work on three separate days and no refund of any amount was given. Highly disappointed since they changed their delivery. I'm having a really bad experience with your marysville ohio store. over 16 hours wasted due to multiple errors and false statements by employees.
Listen... this lowes... I was having a very hard time with them. had been disappointed by them. But I let them know and they turned the whole situation right around. I am SO thankful for Leo. FANTASTIC customer service. they do care!!!
