After a long afternoon of trying to fix a broken water line under our cabin, my husband and I went to Lowe's in Augusta for a part. We were helped by an employee named Konrad who was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. He knew exactly what we needed to get the job done, found the parts and explained them to us. I want to thank Konrad for his assistance! It is refreshing to experience such good customer service.
I was treated so poorly by one employee. This employee would not acknowledge me and treated me with no respect. I asked for an Asst Manager and he didn't come. I finally left. Not being served will ultimately make me bring my business elsewhere.
Love everything about this store and the folks who work there. Sure, some staff aren't as knowledgeable but that's life! Since we bought our first house this summer, Augusta Lowe's is like a second home and going shopping is always an adventure - especially when Rod in Paint Dept is boppin' about!!
I found everything I needed and the staff were very helpful. The staff even gave my puppy a treat for visiting the store. What a team! Thanks for everything!
Sept 12 2016 a nice young man, Jason, came & measured for a replacement window. I haven't heard a thing since. I am guessing you can't fix it and that is fine I just expected a response. CF
Was at Lowes today, couldn't find anyone to help me with some lumber, among several other things, when finally I found someone the person wasn't very interested in helping me. I left in disgust leaving everything in the shopping cart and headed over to Home Depot where I received excellent customer service and lower prices to boot.
Thank you to Larry for helping me today, many times store managers or assistants could care less if someone is a good customer with a problem. Not the case here, Larry was very helpful and reasonable so I bought a new chainsaw. Great service.
We have done a fair amount of business at this store when we lived locally, after the fiasco we have had there this week and dealing with a manager today that absolutely astonishes me with his lack of customer service and attitude towards us & our contractor. My contractor & myself had to make several trips & calls to Augusta store. They lost the same order (3 times in week) but actually twice in 3 days and then have no apologies or answers.
