First, I placed my order over a week ago and because of that, lost one of my items, which was a gift, which was not replaceable or could be shipped to my home. Was out of stock online and in store because there was a delay on my order, so because of that the item couldn't be filled. It was available in store when I ordered it!!!!!! We were told as senior citizens, it was safer to do online ordering and pick up. After 49 hours they said order could take 24-48 hours. At 49 hours, and years of faithfully going to Lowe's. we are truly disappointed. We cancelled our order.
Customer service absolutely lacking. Poor employee attitude.
RecommendedAugusta Lowes has been super every one has been super friendly and helpful with our building project and thanks to the Niki in mill work for all you did, I had to pick up some small items from the local building supply store they could care less about selling me the items I will wait and drive the distance worth the trip
If you are buying appliances at Lowe's and expecting a rebate, don't bother! We purchased appliances. We were promised a rebate of 10% and it would be 6 weeks. . Now over 11 weeks later still no rebate. . I can tell this is going to be a fight. . We filed everything properly and received a letter A month later saying we weren't eligible. Don't order appliance delivery from Lowes. They deliver the items FROM 2 different stores on the same date at different times. After being asked to have both items delivered on the same day and time BY LOWES DELIVERY SERVICE. The stores blame it in each other and can't see what the others are doing online. Customer service fail. The runaround was given from 3 different stores. Huge disappointment and zero effort from company to make it right to customer. This is after waiting over 2 weeks for delivery.
Associates that actually care about their job and helping customers/ staff thats knowledgable in the online pick up department would help tremendously.
