Waiting to return an item and I get looked at and ignored for a phone call . While 3 people stand there shooting the breeze make that 4 ignoring customers. What a joke !!!!!!
Lowes needs to step up and enforce wearing masks. It is for the health for all customers. There are many other Lowes Around the state that are requiring masks, so I think the Augusta Lowes can do it too.

The management there isn’t requiring customers to wear masks. I feel safer in those stores that require those who enter to wear masks. Requiring masks is allowed. The constitution doesn’t grant you permission to go anywhere you want anyhow you want. I’m currently looking for another similar business, that requires customers to wear masks. I’ll push that out through social media as soon as I find it And spend my own dollars there.
This place is a joke but it wasn't funny. The cashier at the return desk could have cared less about any customers. She was gross looking and lazy. We returned $153.15 of underlayment and wanted on our debit card, she hit cash instead. After that it was a nightmare. She wanted to give us cash and I said no we needed it on our debit card. I bought some things at Lowe's. I am using them now. I like using the things I bought at Lowe's.
Even though understaffed and very busy, employees patiently did a good job. After forgetting my drivers license ,and living far away, I asked Doug if he could mail it to me . At his own expense he did. Also ,in the past Lowes has been my choice. I got a great recommendation for a toilet from an employee with real experience as a plumber .Years later it still works great along with fridge and other stuff. 😁
