There are never enough staff on duty, over the last month have been to look at counter tops and twice the employee was unable to find and a staff member from pluming tried to help. I was told to come back after 3 which I did and still no one could help. Today went to pick up an online order and they couldn’t find all the items because the person in that department was out! Poor management!
Installed door and even though I had records to prove I contacted them in a year. They still fought me for months on said issue. Lost my floor because it leaks. I’m seeking legal action
Dont expect them to have what you ordered when they send their email that states "your item is ready for pickup" Wont use LOWES again for any reason.
After my experience at Lowe’s tonight im greatly disgusted with how I was treated by Neil Doolan after him finding out my fiancé is a member of the armed service I was treated like complete garbage to the point my fiancé went down to say something he’s very upset we have always gone to Lowe’s for everything and to be treated tonight the way we were was not something we expected i truly hope Lowe’s does something about this political and personal views are not needed in the work place. Great staff very helpful. The staff went out of there way to help me find the stuff I was looking for
I walked into lowes in augusta today, 5pm and met no staff between customer service and the pro desk. I needed help in lumber. I asked the pro desk lady where the staff was, and barely paying me mind told me to go look for them in lumber, pointing to two obviously empty isles. I walked the whole second half of the store calling out, "is there any staff here?" ....back to the pro desk lady, i ask if she can use the phone to get staff up here, she does, and after 2-3 minutes tells me "we dont have any".
