Horrible customer service and even worse communication! 2 days in a row they somehow managed to not put our dryer on the delivery truck, and when I called to ask where it was I was told that they would find out and call me back, I never received a call. And finally they delivered it at a time I specifically said no one would be there! Not impressed!
We just bought a snowblower and everyone here was super friendly. Shon at customer service went above and beyond helping us. Thanks Burlington lowe's!
Horrible customer service waited around for 30 mins to have someone help me purchase a refrigerator. No one around finally found someone and they said they would page someone. Waited and waited still no one. Went to front desk asked for a manager. Hank came up rude and disrespectful and made excuses. What would have been great is if someone was busy to get back to me and let me know what's going on. Customer service is definitely not what they strive for. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! THEY ADMIT THEY DO NOT HAVE INSTALLERS AVAILABLE AND CAN NOT SCHEDULE AT THIS TIME AND DO NOT KNOW WHEN THEY CAN??? ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? NEXT STOP FOR ME IS THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!
Update: After my review from 2 years ago my husband and I actually gave them one last chance. Worst mistake ever. We had to call the store to get someone to the department that we were in, twice. But the dominos delivery guy showed up and all of the employees came out of hiding. I had a nice chat with the managers and they just stood there trying to make excuses. Go to menards. Lowe's says they will price match but when they "check" the price it is completely different so they'll give you a song and dance about a different model number despite the fact that you have it right in front of you. Plus it took 2 hours and three phone calls to actually talk to someone. Will NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN EVER for anything!!!
