I always go to Lowe's for my home improvement needs, but today I went there needing a seal for my leaky kitchen sink. I found am employee and asked him to help me find the part and after he looked for about 2 minutes he said.... well I think you would be better off going to Menards.... I went to Menards where they happily helped me find all the parts I needed. I guess per Lowe's request I will start going to Menards instead!
Thank you to Jerry and his supervisor today in helping me get some black cast iron pipes cut and threaded. Jerry was new to performing this operation but his supervisor stepped right up to help and train him on the operations. Great job, gentlemen! Thank you.
I just wanted to say thank you so much for your horrible service west Burlington Iowa we walked around and tried to get service 5 times and stood around for an hour or longer....thanks to you instead of spending $5,000 on everything for a roof we spent almost $3,000 out at standard of beaverdale not only did we get a fantastic deal out there we got great service and people who could help with questions about putting the new roof on....so for anyone thinking Lowe's is the way to go get your self down to standard of beaverdale... read more
Purchased a garage door opener to be installed. Was told over the phone that installation services were offered. Was told at the store when I purchased the unit that installation services were offered. Paid the deposit to have the installer come down to my house to get measurements so I could get an installation estimate. Was told that someone would contact me within 48 business hours to set up a time to get the measurements. Called the store when no one contacted me after the 48 hrs was up. Bad service...ordered dishwasher last week to be picked up Dec 1. Called to verify was told it had t even been ordered. THANKS FOR NOTHING LOWES!!!
