Went to Lowes today at 1:30pm to shop for carpet and pad. Hardly anyone in the store. Found the carpet I wanted to purchase but could not find any help. Three sales associates(?) standing around at the flooring counter to busy to help me or the other two people shopping for flooring. Just goofing off! Left the store and went to Menards to make my purchase. Customer service was excellent even though that store was very busy. I wonder why? Management needs to step it up or be replaced. Complete lack of customer service across the entire store, employees will literally look at you searching for something and walk away without offering help, it's nearly impossible to find an empty cart in lumber the majority of the time because employees have them filled and sitting in the aisles, managers are nowhere to be found and refuse to come out to deal with customers (including assistant store manager), they don't provide any kind of claim slip if you take an item in for repair and then can't find your item when it's... read more
Totally ripped off twice now. 1at with an appliance and now with a garden tractor.no service after the sale
Lowes always has great service. ..good pricing...by far my favorite home improvement store
Sucks really bad long wait couldn't even help me after 30 minutes of waiting then I went back the next day waited another 30 minutes finely got my lawn mower got home tried to mow 20 minutes into mowing had to shut off mower to use restroom wouldn't start for 20 more minutes did the same thing stopped in garage after I got it started and would not start don't know what to say but avoid lowes!!!!
A few weeks ago, I went to this store just 15 min before closing and the guy in the appliance section was so patient and took very good care of me. I ordered a washer and dryer to be delivered for free(!!!) even though I live over an hour away from Burlington. I was so excited for it to be delivered the morning of April 11th. Then over the weekend, I had a death in the family and the funeral was scheduled for late this morning. I called Lowe's and told them the situation. Thank you to the terrific folks I dealt w/yesterday buying a refrigerator. It took all of ten minutes for the transaction to be completed & I'm a happy camper! I'm totally satisfied w/my experience.
Thanks for making a 37 week pregnant woman carry out a garden hose, two large packages of painters canvas drop cloth and several smaller things to her car without a bag. Great customer service.
