I find it very disrespectful that when you place a special order in a call and tell you it’s in and you show up and it takes them 45 minutes to find the product then you have three of your cashier stand there screaming at each other and telling each other to shut up and just get out of the store if they can’t be quiet arguingin front of six customers it’s just ridiculous is this how Lowe’s in Burlington Iowa runs their store
have competent employees who are willing to help
this company is constantly saying how they need help with stockers and even employees are posting on Fb saying that the store is not up to par because they are short on help. Well, I applied 3 times for the stocking position with 2 years Recent stocking experience! and all 3 times say that they have chosen other applicants! But a couple of days later the position is Again on their site !!
Although they are short on knowledgeable staff they are well stocked, outweigh the local competitors in both price and product. If you don’t have the time to drive to the big city this is the local place to go...

Sales rep had no clue what l was looking for so I asked the cashier, yes the cashier. She told me where the items were located only to find out that wasn’t correct either. Wasted 20 minutes making laps around the store.
I went to buy appliances and bathroom remodel fixtures. would of spent over $4000. thursday at 11am. more employees than shoppers but no assistance. piss poor service. I wont be back.
This person is saying all of this online. You lost several customers due to it being on every page through south east Iowa. As long as she works there we will not shop there.
never spend another penny in there. Rude and lazy!!!! No one is ever around when you need someone and if they see you need help, they walk the other way.
