i bought a frigidaire refreigator not even two years old caught fire spark coming out of back of it burn smell like metal if we would not have seen it would of caught the house on fire when there to see what they could do they said fill insurance report out didnt even help bad busineess will never shop there again this happen on 5/14/2016
Payed for an very expensive grill on Sunday. Monday evening went to pick it up and it wasn’t put together. We had to wait 45 minutes for them to bring it to us. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. We will only shop at Home Depot from now on. Horrible horrible service �
I use to love Lowe’s until 5 weeks ago when I paid a lot of money for them to install a new fence. I wasn’t in a hurry but they installed in rain & snow, which would be fine if they hadn’t left the black iron fence with mud all over it. Also the concrete from my old fence, which should of been hauled away is in my grass & on my neighbors property. They used the wrong poles for the gates also. The "specialist" didn't even know what I had. He had no idea what a shark bite was. Yeah I went to Home Depot.
This is, without a doubt, one the worst businesses in Clarksburg because of the people who work at the “customer service” desk and because of the management.
Need a roof repaired. Went into Lowe’s on 11/25 to schedule someone to look at the roof. “Patches” called my husband on the way to look at the roof. Patches said he would call after he inspected it. We have NEVER heard back from patches. My husband called and left patches a voicemail and a week later, i called the store. It’s been two days since i called and was told Patches was on his way in and will return my call shortly. I’ll be calling the store manager and corporate next.
