I was scheduled to have porch furniture delivered tomorrow, only to find out today that my name was removed with the sold sign (I paid 2 weeks ago), and sold to someone else. Couldn’t get it from another store not could it be ordered. I went calmly to the store and asked for the manager. I didn’t catch her name but she was very, very nice and wanted to make things right. Better customer service and managers that will return phone calls to customers that are unhappy.
We ordered window from Lowes's on June 6, 2018, they still have not been installed as of today January 8, 2019. We have had no communication from Patches Reeder or Sharon Jones who was supposed to be the project manager. Supposedly 2 windows arrived broken in July; reordered; two windows installed in August one of which was not stained and the other stained the wrong color; reordered - windows supposedly arrived November 16 but without the trim. No customer service don’t even care about the customer as long as they get your money took a $25 dollar tape measure back the other day and they didn’t carry that one any more well ok fine so all they was willing to do was give me $8 tape measure with basically no warranty and I feel I should have been offered something in the same price range with a life warranty so won’t be buying tools from them any more
Well don’t think much of there service took a kobalt tape measure back the other day that had a lifetime warranty on it and Lowe’s don’t carry that any more ok fine but all they was willing to give me at this store to replace my tape measure was a $8 tapemeasure with basically no warranty and I had payed over 25 for the one the I was returning so I don’t think much of them I feel I should have been able to get a stanley of something with a lifetime warranty and of same price range of what I returned to them
Can't get any help there. I was trying to buy some wood and I was told to come back on Tue. If not for another employee I would have went home and not came back. Wont be making another trip there
