My husband was in the store for nearly 30'minutes. He asked 3 different people to help him purchase a fairly expensive door. No one helped him. Lost our business!
lowes started replacing the bathtub and redoing the bathroom on April 1 and as of July 10 still not done the work is by far the worst work i have ever seen
Today we had the absolute worse customer service.. How long does it take to get a few boards. 40 minutes after paying and sending us from one department to the next for pickup.. We could have loaded the boards ourself but for that we would have been accused of stealing.. Lowes you sucked today!!
I used to be a satisfied customer, until I went to buy doors. First, it took me an hour and 3 employees for someone to agree to help me! Then, the first guy was new and couldn't answer any questions for me but at least he was nice!! Next employee was horrible to the point that he was almost screaming at me while trying to take down the doors I wanted. I left before we could finish. I've done a lot of business with Lowe's. I've never really had a problem until this last time. The appliance dept is a mess. It's hard to get help, most don't have a clue as to what's going on, and they pass around misinformation. The "installers" are slow, slow, slow. They or at least the one I've met, is nice. Very pleasant young man, his daddy, is in charge of the paper work being returned to the store, for the customer to set up delivery.......long story short, it's taken almost three weeks to get a DISHWASHER installed.... read more
bought washer on the 10th friday told me would be delivered on monday took off work , called 3 times that day no information could be given on delivery, wasnt delivered!! called this morning stated was on schedule to be delivered on 20th!! would try to fit it in on 16th!!
Can NOT get through to the lumber department to find out if they have the available material readily available in store. Wait time on the phone was nearly 1 hour while trying to connect to someone in lumber. Had to call back 3 times from being hung up on. Lowes in Opelousas and surrounding areas REALLY need to pull it together. Customer service is a JOKE. JUST GO TO HOME DEPOT or DUG-ASHY.
