You can never find anyone to help you,people working on the floor are always telling u this is not my dept and passing u to the next person a couple of aisles down,you always have to get loud and get a manager to get service!! These people working there seem to not understand where their checks come from! I’m done with them and will pay more elsewhere if that’s what it takes to never set foot in there again,it’s always the same!! This is the Opelousas,la store

DO NOT SHOP at Lowe’s! Went in and purchased a Samsung dishwasher on 10/31/20, delivery was scheduled for 11/05/20. No show/call to say they wouldn’t be coming.Couple days later I get a call James from the delivery dept. at Lowe’s, saying they have a certain day(which he said was Tuesday’s)that they do deliveries that are an hour away, so my appliance would be delivered on 11/10/20. RecommendedSo nice and helpful during a terrible hurricane rainband coming through. The water was coming at us horizontally and they happily loaded my generator in the back of my 🚙 SUV. 😋

great service an prices. friendly atmosphere
most of the workers there don't know where anything is in a store. I wanted that I could go to Walmart
plywood is warped. when looking at superior grades, they were just as bad. no contractor in their right mind will use this poor quality of lumber unless there were no other options.
