I'm only giving a 1 star because it won't let me give anything less. I bought a pressure washer and purchased the 2 year replacement plan. The pressure washer caught on fire this morning and now Lowe's is sending me through the manufacturer.
I went to lowes yesterday to buy flowers and mulch I'm 5 ft tall and couldn't get any help even tho there was two young boys in the same area I was I even asked I had to climb up on other mulch to get mine I ended up ruining my clothes on the mulch at the store I had to check out with a nasty shirt on and ripped shorts
Two weeks ago we bought a certain kind of concrete patch. The next day we needed more of the same. There was only one small container. We called our daughter in Tennessee who was on her way to our home. She brought the necessary concrete. Today we went to buy a specific mulch that was advertised on the front page of a flyer that arrived in the mail today. The mulch was not available. We asked when it would be in. On 2/13/16 we bought our countertops. Already came out and measured gave us a estimate. So we paid. Told us it would take three weeks before it get back to lowes. Gave us a time frame of when the job should be completed 3/15/16. Lowe's called over a week ago said countertops are in. Installer will be giving us a call.. well still no phone calls they have our home phone and our cell phone. Very unsatisfied customers.
i just wanted to give a big shout out to Sherry in the appliance dept,we purchased new appliances today and sherry really went that extra mile to help us,.it would be nice if more of your associates took care of your customers like Sherry because i was there about a month ago looking at appliances and the guys didn't give a flip if i bought anything or not. so THANK YOU SHERRY!
This has to be the worst store with trying to get anything resolved
