we were in the plumbing isle for over a hour trying to find hook ups for the campers water tank, finally we decided to ask for help. Carl was SO helpful. very smart as well. he was a busy man with several people needing his help but he managed to help every one of us with no complaints. very kind.

My dad and I were picking up a door that he had purchased. It was over 45 minutes before we were waited on. The manager asked the worker in millwork what we were waiting on and he told him that we were there to pick up a door. Instead of the manger attending to us, he waited on a couple of other customers who hadn’t been waiting for service, then attended to another customer while we still waited. Went to lowes Feb 5 19 was gonna buy over $600 worth of hardwood flooring till the rude woman in that department was acting like our questions was bothering her an she walked off an left!!! So we left didn't get the flooring!!!
