The employee’s there are worried more about their cell phones than doing their job! Almost impossible to get help and when you did they were texting while trying to talk to them. We had a product that had no barcode and while my husband was asking what he needed to get off the tag to tell her she whipped out her phone and ignored him!!!
Slow poor customer service
I made an order on 6/3/18 online for in store pickup. Online says there are 4 in stock. They call me to inform me they are in fact out of stock. They ask me if I want to wait, or cancel. I opt to wait. 14 days later I go in, the item is in stock and my order was canceled without my authorization. Now it's taking over half an hour to get a manager so this may be resolved.
Danville Friends please share....#LowesYouSuck I went to my local Lowe's store to place a sizable order (small storage building, yard pond & cypress mulch) around 725.00 worth of product...when I was informed there would be a delivery charge of 79$ I asked for it to be waved...I'm only 3miles away, and got free delivery lsst year, only to be told there's free delivery on appliances not yard/garden items! Really??? Can we say Discrimination??? YES.....YES WE CAN!
My son was in need of materials for his Eagle Scout project. We found everything we were in need of. The team at Danville Lowes was most generous in donating building materials for this project that will benefit the community. Thanks Lowes!
We just finished flipping a house and we went to Lowe’s several times a week and the staff there is always very helpful. I bring my dog on occasion and he is always received well at Lowe’s.
