I tell the guys at our Lowe's (Chillicothe, Lancaster) that we have a Lowes home. We buy all our building and home supplies there. AND my husband is a 24 year military veteran. Lowe's always gives him a discount and a thank you. I LOVE Lowe's!!!
Terrible customer service! No one around to help, found all but 3 in the parking lot pretending to work. Even the manager on duty was a douche bag, no help! They aren't even worth one star! They have forgotten it's the customers that keep the pay checks coming.
Up to yesterday Lowes was my number one place to shop. Got a new refrigerator. First off the guys couldn't find me even after I gave good directions. Then they wouldn't come through the back foot so they would go through my living room. Messed the carpet up in the kitchen. I couldn't open the thing cause they never bothered to ask me if where they put it was ok. There were two plastic parts they never put on nor said to me anything about them.
