I will not buy a lawn mower with so many flaws for full price but the mgr would not lower it. It had several scratched paint and was missing part of the steering wheel. Pictures in the comments.
My husband and I came in yesterday and bought a new washer, dryer, refrigerator, and range. Thank you Lowes for having wonderful staff. The woman that helped us was working in the appliance area and she was wonderful. I wish I had gotten her name. She asked if we needed a tape measure or any other help. Bought a Brand New Whirlpool Fridge from this store, repeating Several times that I have a covered Bridge! Finally get the delivery an they cannot deliver due to the Bridge. Called the Manager and she tells me, not so nicely, that if I want the fridge I would have to drive to the store and get myself??? I explained several times about said Bridge and they assured me it would be fine....ugh! Calling this store achieved nothing but making matters worse! NEVER shopping at this store again.
I would like to give an excellent review to Linda McCormick, Project Specialist for everything she has done for us. We are having our kitchen and bathroom remodeled and Linda has made this process so smooth. I appreciate her knowledge, patience, and kindness. She has also had great suggestions to help us save some money to come closer to our budget. She is a great asset to your company and she needs to be recognized for her job well done! They lied in the store when they would deliver my grill. I had to call the store manger to find out that the delivery day was five days later then I expected. So whether then waiting on them I'm going to pick it up.
