VETERANS BEWARE: trying to get the 10% discount on your My Lowes Card is like pulling teeth. This store would not put it on the MY LOWES CARD when showed up with my card and DD214, they put it into the stores computer by my phone number which does not allow me to get the discount at self check out or with online purchases. After contacting the national Lowes I was told they cant do it because my wife has the same address that I do. What a crock!
Every time I have visited lowes, I promise myself I will not return. Employees in lumber are non helpful and will avoid you. Some checkout people act like they hate their job and are unfriendly . Building a fence and bought most of the boards from Menards, but was near lowes one day, so decided to give another chance. Boards were approximately $1.00 higher each and had to load myself. Then, when I got home, I noticed the majority were split on both ends. Menards for everything from now on.
You have a horrible employment I understand we couldn't get wait we came for but there was NO reason your employee needed to give us the run around and gives us a nasty attitude about it i hope she gets fired!
