Never will I order from Lowes again. I didnt receive all of my delivery order, I received items I didnt order, but was billed for, and it took over a month for my order to be delivered. I was told by the delivery guy that he will bring what's missing, when it's back in stock. That was almost a mo th ago. I try to call the store, and all I ever get is the operator. Never can I talk to a store manager, or delivery manager to try to fix this issue.
Just left Lowe’s in Lancaster, OH. No masks on staff. No social distancing. Could they at least fake caring? Not going back.

OK lows you just lost Kennard construction as a customer. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars here and my career. I just experienced a real slap in the face, I had purchased the wrong circuit breakers and have already filed my receipt. Was told no receipt no exchange new corporate policy. Way to treat hardworking customers like we're shop lifters we will happily go to menards where there's a better selection anyways.
After 4 months of delays and excuses the replacement door we ordered was installed and there is over a 3" gap at the top. They put in the wrong size door. This place is a bad joke!
