I hate going to the Oneida Lowes Rome's store is place to go everything is not scattered around
They helped us load everything we needed for our patio and fire pit after talking us through it step by step. They were AWESOME.
Well I have always had great service here but tonight I had the greatest service of all. I just bought a dryer at the Oneida store about three month ago and like all things sometimes they break down. Well I definitely can understand that being in the car business. I call the 800 number and they said they send someone out in a couple days. The guy came and had to order a part. It was a week away. Happy to see lots of self checkout registers. While I am cashing out & bagging my own order, it gives the 3 employees standing nearby time to talk and check their cell phones.
