I paid over $2700 dollars for a fence to be installed and waited over a month. The installers show up today with no building permits despite your salesperson ensuring me at the time of purchase that would all be handled. The installers proceeded to dig up my lawn then stop after they realized they can't magically make a building permit appear. RecommendedBought a Kobalt power tool set today. It was marked down due to the flashlight missing. No biggie. I get it home and open her up. I was surprised to find the flashlight was NOT the only thing missing. We called up the store and asked for the manager on duty. We talked to Stephan who was amazing. He apologized up and down and offered us a new kit at a 20% discount! The employees are helpful and friendly. I brought my golden retriever to the store today, he has bone cancer and had his front leg amputated last month. He’s been going for chemo treatments too. Due to the cold weather, and icy sidewalks, we stopped in at LOWE’S to pick up a few items. The employees showed Harley a lot of attention and love, plus gave him a few treats too. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Employee's all walking around and Not 1 asked if I needed help. When I finally got someone they had no clue about what I asked for. Said he would get manager and never came back. SMH
love this store and the people who work in it . Always leave happy .
Needs more customer service to help load 2 ton of pelletts

Glad to see my uncle house didn't burn for a second time. The fan purchased from lowes caught fire this morning at 3 am.
Best Lowe's I have been to in CNY! The staff here are so helpful, everything is organized very well, and the prices here are cheap. If your looking for home improvement items, I definitely recommend this Lowe's!
