I have always been a Lowe's shopper. Love Jimmie Johnson. But after today I will never step foot in that store again. I can't begin to tell you how angry I am at the way I have Been treated. But when the store opens first thing in the morning, they will.
On this trip to Lowe's I noticed something different. I had 2 Lowe's staff members come up to me and ask if I needed help with anything. To be honest, I was surprised. It has been many trips to Lowe's that I couldn't locate a staff member for help. I hope my next trip is equally as good.
Never again will I buy my appliances at lowes they have sorry customer service😡
They do not want to return ur phone calls & two ladies I talked to was very rude. Left me on hold last night till 8:52pm so I hung up & called right back (knowing they close at 9) & they switched the phones over saying the store was closed. My dishwasher was supposed to been in on the 13th & I still have not received it.
We had a very bad experience, during check out, today.
Lowes is my favorite place to shop for all my home and garden needs.
