Yesterday I had a sad experience there. I liked to much Lowe's, but some of the personal there treat to bad customer and don't talk to their employees, A dark lady star yield to me very loud, just cause I was returning some unused material, she even let me try to explain her, and start yielding me in front of the people. team leader walking by , I said excuse me ( you know trying to get her attention) . She walked on by, starting talking to cashier. A customer said to me " young lady you look confused " me well yes , I was trying to get her attention for help. She and the cashier who she was chatting up both ask can I help . Ordered something online and got an email it was ready. Didn’t need it urgently but was in town about 4 hours later so went by to get it. Was literally sent 3 different places to pick up. The first manager was more confused than a cat with a bag on its head. He actually asked for other managers to help, and thank goodness he did. Manager number two actually knew what was up and got the order done right. Took 45 min to pick up an order that was “ready for pickup” (it wasn’t). I came to this store yesterday at approximately 5 PM to pick up some items. Needed help in plumbing. looked around for someone and could not find them, so I asked an associate to find someone for me. Heard the page, no one showed. Asked again, heard the page no one showed. Waited until 6:15 and watched as associates seemed to run from me. Finally left my basket with the items I had already selected and went to Home Depot. This is not the first time I have had this happen.
