They need to follow-up with customers. I have spent a lot of money on appliances there but not that they care. I bought a new dishwasher and stove there. 2 weeks later I'm still waiting on stove. Was scheduled for Mon they changed till Thurs and now Sunday. I called to see if they have a different one in stock, they're too busy to talk. We'll call you back, never did. If you're too busy for my money tell me before I waste 2 weeks waiting so I can go somewhere else to spend my money 💰

I do not recommend this Lowe’s for the following areas of interest: 1. Carpet or flooring: Staff inefficient and process were managed by a single point of failure. Basically, I (who knows little of flooring) knew more about the subject than staff, and all roads led to ONE associate’s capability. So if he wasn’t in the store, well… good luck. 2. I love Lowes me and my husband are there almost daily bit of you get the Forto energy shots be careful mine tasted funky but I never had one before so I though it was just the weird energy drink/supplement taste till I looked at the bottom and it expired April 21, 2020! It’s a coffee shot with milk so I guess the milk had gone bad cause it was soured tasting once I realized it was out of date I recognized the taste of that nasty milk! Lowes Lufkin need to check your stick on these and make sure they are still in date

Shorted me bags of mulch. As they were loading I noticed one bag was busted. The guy did not want to go back and get another bag so when I got home and unloaded my whole car I counted. I called and talked to the manager she told me to come back to the garden center. So I came back to the garden center. When I drove back up there, then tell me I have to go to customer service and get back in line again and talk to someone. This is not how customer service makes it right. every thing this store deserves alot of recognition . they work with you on prices on clearance and very very attentive to customers at all times .home Depot you can't find anyone hardly. I choose Lowe's over home Depot . I will use them if I have to but I prefer lowes

how stupid my project was. really this company will train their employees to be disrespectful to the customer just because they didn't like the idea of putting up plastic on the porch to block the cold air..

we went into Lowe's today looking for an account unit. none of the employees appeared to give a crap to help and just spouted off random aisle numbers. so we were directed all over the store and still did not find what we were looking for. we seeked out several other employees for help and were flat out IGNORED. I left the store and called to speak with a manager and the employee asked why, and when 8 told her I had a complaint she started asking what department and I told her it was the whole store that I was directed aroun... read more

This store is awful! Every time I think maybe it was just a bad day, I go back and realize every day is a bad day here. I’m not sure if it’s management or if the employees just don’t care. 40 minutes waiting for someone in the paint dept just to show up.... still no help. Paged 5 times.... still no one. Let’s see how long it’ll take....
