Just wanna throw this out there I love my new windows in my house but LOWES IN DANVILLE has the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I ordered Windows in July and they messed up the order and have had to come out to my house 4 times now and there is still a problem. Pretty sad when someone spends that kind of money on something I would expect an I'm sorry and installation shouldn't take almost 8 months to get the work done.........End Rant!!!!!!! I, also, have had the pleasure of Robb Thomas' excellent customer service skills! He really cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to make sure that each customer is completely satisfied! He has been a godsend in my situation and I definitely agree that if you are in need of an appliance - he is the one to contact!
