My father bought a riding lawnmower in May. After only 1 use, the steering went out so he sent it in for repair. after 2 weeks he called for an update and it was still sitting in the Danville, Illinois store. They returned it sometime later stating it was fixed. Today the steering on this "new and newly fixed" mower locked up agin pinning my 76 year old father under it! racists mansgers absolutely disgusting
I will never buy as much as a screw from Lowe's again. When we bought our washer 5 years ago and all of our other appliances for our new home we had problems with the washer immediately. They sent people out multiple times and replaced everything under the sun rather than just considering it a lemon. It has never truly worked correctly. Now the motor locks up last night and the extended ran out Saturday! They will not cover anything! Less than 24 hours and they wouldn't cover it!
I would definitely give kudos to this Lowes. I bought a refrigerator on Tuesday, hoping my old refrigerator would last till Thurs for them to deliver it. However on Saturday my old one decided it could not wait any longer and went out. I called early that morning to see if they could expedite the delivery and they did. They delivered it in a few hours after I called. I'm so grateful of the service I received when I needed it. Thank YOU
We ordered three windows in September 2o18 and paid for them. The windows were wrong size when they installed them. It was a horrible installation. I have pictures. We have had holes on our walls all winter. We have talked to Chris, Rashwan , the assistant manager, and various other people at the store and installation people. Usually very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.
We were in at Lowe's in Danville Illinois and had the best Lowe's employee take care of us! His name was Matt. He was so nice and helpful. Even came up to cashier and helped load our heavy purchases in our truck. So many times we don't have very good experiences but today was so different. We left the store feeling like we were treated very nice as customers. Thank you Matt and Lowe's for the best customer service a consumer could ask for.
I cannot thank Store Manager Christy Patient enough!! She helped the staff of Oakwood Junior High School purchase a refrigerator at a discounted price for our conference/staff room. All the staff were helpful and knowledgeable as I visited several departments for various supplies we needed. Our delivery guys, Kenny and Wyatt, did a fabulous job and were friendly to our staff. Thanks again, Lowe's of Danville!
