This store is problematic. There are seldom people working in the store who can actually answer questions or help if you need it. The people working there are very nice, but it seems they are horribly understaffed, overworked and poorly trained. I stopped in looking for barn door straps for a rolling door and NO ONE KNEW what I was talking about. Strange one of the largest home decor trends going and NO ONE knows anything about it.
Y'all need to get your shit together I have bought paint 2 times from you guys and it has been messed up both times. You guys need to learn what the hell you're doing. I will be telling people about this! You have lost a few good customers now.

Brought a new Samsung washer and it started tearing my clothes. Sadly to say I had to get a new one because our 30 days was up. Ended up paying an extra $285.00 more on the same Samsung. Yesterday i seen our old Samsung on the floor display selling for $625.00. I'm just hope the new buyer dont have the same issues I had. The drum on the washer came apart. and tore clothes up.
