I had the sweetest employee ever help me yesterday at this store!! Her name was MaryAnn and she called the Weber Grill customer service number, explained what I needed and they are sending me the part I need for my grill! I am so thankful for employees like her to take the extra time to help! Thank you MaryAnn and I will remember this store when I need another grill or anything else I need for home improvement!! Customer service is non-existent here. Needed help in blinds. Nobody came. I can understand that part. Several (at least 6) associates walked past me without making eye contact. A couple glanced my way. No one said can I help you, good morning, I’ll get somebody for you, smile, or even acknowledge me. 2 people across from blinds looked over several times but also ignored me. We ordered a storm door, exterior door and locks in the Paducah store on August 21st. Paid to have the installer come out to the house so everything would be ordered correctly. Door came in and install was scheduled for October. The installer called at 7:30am to cancel installation because the wrong door was ordered. It is now 11/12 and we still don’t have a door! We should have read the reviews and gone somewhere else.
Great place! Friendly folks. There’s usually some extra work vests in the back near the restrooms if you just want to jump in and help out. I think they’re used though. They have old name tags on them. I was “Gary” for two hours before they sent me on lunch break. 10/10
I recommend the tool department! I had so much fun picking out my new hand tools for my NEW home! The tool department at Lowe’s isn’t just for guys ~ girls can use the power tools too!

The Staff at Lowe’s Hinkleville Road store are always very friendly and are always available to help with your every need..
We will never do business with Lowe’s again. We purchased our roof back in April with the promise it would be done in May. It is now the end of July and they still aren’t finished. Each week we have a new excuse and a new date for things to be done. They have never tried to make it right or anything. They just drop the materials off and don’t worry that they sit there for weeks. We had more home Improvement projects we wanted to do but we will never work with Lowe’s again.
Ordered something valued at $500 on May 30. Told me twice that the item was supposed to be there. Never got it and had to go to ss lowes to find everything I needed. Waited over a month for nothing. Worst customer service ever.
