Ordered appliance from them put delivery from 8-12 am. Never got a call or message till Sunday afternoon saying my delivery would be Monday from 12 pm to 7pm. I will never purchase anything for delivery from them. To much competition and I don’t mind paying a little more for customer service which they lack

RecommendedDon’t go to this store if you actually need assistance. Asked the cashier to page someone for the area I needed.she refused. I walked back to the kitchen area to find another employee. Asked him to page someone. He did. But he made it clear I was pestering him. No one ever showed up to help me. After the way Lowe’s has run us around the past 2 1/2 weeks on our appliance delivery I would not recommend them for toilet paper
I ASKED FOR MILITARY DISCOUNT YESTERDAY & ALLIE REFUSED ME.
I will never buy or deal with Lowe’s again very bad experience and they did fix it but very poor customer service
All store employees are very helpful, knowledgeable and actually seem like they enjoy helping the customer ( which is unusual in retail ).
