I used to think that it was just their special ordering that they failed at but now I see that even the items on the shelves are broken in the box too. Do yourself a favor and order online from Home Depot or for bigger items make the trip to Dothan.
Worse service I have ever received at a retail store!!! When I complained to the "Manager" I was told "well, sorry is all I can say. We're doing our best". Their best stinks! Go to Dothan or DeFuniak don't stop in Enterprise!!!

Do not buy the extended warranty from Lowe's thinking you will have better service---the Frigidaire Side by side refrigerator ice maker isn't working right, either the service persons around here do not know how to work on them or it's just a lemon. You buy something new you expect it to work. Would go back to Whirlpool and purchase it from some place else
