I've heard you started self check out. I hope this is not true. I hope you still have cashiers. I never will use self checkout. I don't use it at Walmart and will not use it in your store. I like a human being to check me out. Don't pull a walmart!! We like human cashiers!!!!!!!!!!

We placed an online order for in store pick up at the Enterprise location d/t no other location close to us had this item. We received an incorrect item of lesser value. Called and spoke to the manager who was very rude and of no help. He said he assumed my item had been sold since he couldn’t find it and said the only option was for me to return the incorrect item for a refund. #Lowes installed 40 #hurricane #windows which leaked for 6 months & now claims department trying to tell my new installer how to reinstall the windows in the cheapest possible way instead of writing him a check. I wanna know how to get that free discount and employee discount without being an employee. I think its bad that employees will give an "employee" discount to friends in plain sight of other customers and not give it to everyone. Even have mutual friends that say a certain employee gives them discounts and free stuff. So in fairness I want that treatment as well

I've been to this Lowe's several times and didnt get much help at all from anyone, however, yesterday I was very happy that changed. One person in that whole store seems to want to do their job. Rashon, thank you for going above and beyond and helping me with the PVC pipes and decide which to use for my "project". This was my 1st time being in there that someone asked me if I needed help and actually helped me. Thank you, thank you, thank you Rashon!

So we were in shopping today and they had a platinum charbroil grill that was marked 1199 Clarence and it was set up with other pieces and no other pricing on it at all there is dirt and dust all over everything thinking that OK they’re getting rid of this model for 1199 we go to find somebody to help me load this up into our vehicle only to find out that no it’s not everything set up with it it is only the grill part and after talking to the store manager who talk to us as if we were stupid said nope I will sell you the gri... read more

We have been trying to get windows we purchased two and a half months ago that were supposed to take 35 days to get. We have been in constant contact with the Lowes in Enterprise and we are still short one window with no replacement delivery date. This has our project at a complete stop. I feel we have received poor customer service and do not recommend using Lowes or Pella (the window manufactuer).
