they suck in all areas. I bought a sump pump from them on my debit card. well when I got home all the parts were not in it. I sent my daughter to exchange it with the receipt and they informed her that don't exchange any more. they put the money back on my card and won't be available for 7 to 10 days. they had one on the shelf but would not exchange it or give me the parts that was missing. that is a stupid policy. I will not buy from Lowe's. I wasn't wanting a refund just another pump with all the parts. I'm done with them.
RecommendedWith this economic time I understand under-staffing. However, yesterday I saw Lowe's Employees in action as the volume of people seeking generators and other items increased 10 fold. The had every check stand open. The brought employees in from all over to assist and keep order to the chaos. When the chips are down you can count on Lowe's
The service has went so far downhill. No one is willing to help you. We have bought a refrigerator, a stove and several other small things in the last six months and employees seemed to be bothered that they had to help us. Customer service is really terrible nowadays.

Very disappointed in the crappy management and delivery team...you can't deliver something to a house when no one is living there and expect them to be there when you decide to show up, especially when it happens twice in a week and we tell you both times that we will call you and let you know when we can be there for you to deliver it....when we told them we weren't there and couldn't be today, they responded with it can't be there until the 21st of the month. So #1 if I am purchasing a product you should tell me upfront if your out or only have the scratched & dented display available. Then you want to insult me by offering a 5% discount- taxes are more than that you rude twerp. Then when I say no just refund my money -your comment is "Well that was easy." After you wasted 35 minutes of my life already plus your a rude ass, act like you don't need my $$. Problem solved I assure you I will drive to Dothan and shop at Home Depot for the eternity of time. I will never do business with this store again after having a credit card with them for over a year they do a credit report check and close my account they are the only ones who have ever done this and they tried to blame it on Trans Union but after talking to trans union they told me it was Lowes who closed it ....very poor business practice we were working on reestablishing our credit to get slapped in the face from this company. Veterans beware. This Store is NOT veteran friendly. The management (Larry) and (Vance) could care less. I used my "MyLowes" card to purchase a potted plant ot the Enterprise Store #0281. My wife bought a second plant shortly thereafter and me being the Veteran she did not have my card. WE explained the situation and the refused to refund or replace the plant. I appreciate Lowes as a whole giving Veterans a Discount but some people simply don't like Veterans.
