Very upset with our local store. After I walk all over that store. No one was around to help! I get to the check out with my things and the checker wouldn't take my money!! The checker wouldn't take my bill because of their new counterfeit machine wouldn't read it. My bill was old, not fake!!! It's a bill from the 90's. It came from the bank. Won't shop there again. Walmart & Barr hardware will get my business.
Save yourself the time and aggrivation go somewhere else! Totally not geared to customer service!
It was a complete circus, waited 3.5hrs for a mower that they called and said was ready. They had to "look for it" for an hour. Then the "battery was dead" and the "battery cables were crossed". Just very uncalled for.
I bought a washing machine from them and the extended warranty! Our washer hasnt worked since we bought it, after talking to customer service and them sending people out to look at it, we still dont have our washer working , this has been going on for months, today they call us back and say they cant get in touch with the warranty dept! We have been getting the run around since the beginning and still no washer, have to pay to do our laundry ! The lady named DARLENE in appliances is the most unfriendly, unhelpful, rude, dont care about the customer satisfaction biddy of any Lowe's employee i have ever met!! Totally dissatisfied with her arrogant behavior. Another employee took over the transaction without a hitch. DARLENE needs to take off the sticker on her name badge that i pointed out to her 'customer impact' cause she definitely made one with me.
I wish I could give them no stars!!!!!! The saw in the lumber section was out of operation, and after waiting very patiently for 20 minutes, we finally find out. And FOUR employees pass by and say NOTHING!!!! VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
Desperately in need of a new customer service manager. Wish there was a family owned home improvement center here to give them competition... Even a home depot would be better than Lowe's... I HATE going there... But little other choice right now...
