Lowe’s owes me a refund after my granite countertop installation. My countertops were installed back in June and I’m still waiting for the refund. They claim they don’t know how to refund me. They sure didn’t have any troubles charging though. Not to mention customer service is terrible at this store, they never answer the phones, and attitudes of the people working the checkout are racists as well!!
applied for a job there would rather hire someone who doesn't know what they are doing than someone who would do the job with great pride they don't even have the nerve to call you to tell you why they didn't want to hire you.
We went to Lowe's "Home Improvement" in McComb today, and I observed many customers who were diligent in wearing their masks. But "improvement" needs to be done on the employees who either had their masks below their noses or under their chins. Recommendation is for RANDY in Plumbing Dept!! He provides AWESOME customer service & is a pleasure to work with!! If the other workers mimicked RANDY, it would benefit Lowe’s greatly!
Overall service is below what is expected. Bought $4k in appliances 90 days ago. Dryer quick working after 3 uses. Lowe’s said call the manufacturer....not their problem. Exact words was “that’s between you and the manufacturer”. So far, the part is on back order for over 60 days now. Having to line dry clothes in the winter. Lowe’s will not take the Dryer back. This store provides the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would much rather get a red hot ice pick to the eye than have to deal with these folks.
Worst customer service ever! The people at the pickup desk are completely incompetent.
