HORRIBLE all the way around !!!
The most horrible customer service ever .
Customer service is horrible
We've been waiting for a delivery since Friday morning. Can't seem to get a straight answer from any manager in the store. Oh, when the truck did show late Friday, it had the wrong product. Very disappointed.
Isles blocked by carts full of trash , carts full left sitting so a customer couldn’t find one to use , had to unload carts full of crap so you could get your stuff , no one around to assist you , 4 2X4X8 on the pull rack & no one to bring another bundle down , employees rather be making a personal phone call than help you for just a few things for this trip 😡😡😡
It's gone downhill in the last 10 years. 10 years ago they ask if they could help you! No one helps you now. They act like you're bothering them if you ask. The last time I went in there looking for something, I was told they don't carry it, don't have it. I kept looking because it was online. Guess what? I found it and yes I went and showed the worker in case someone else needed it. They smarted off. I'm sure maybe not all Lowe's is like this but the one in McComb, MS is.
