Worst customer service, how does a manager tell a customer they are to busy to come speak with them. They must really don't want any business.
How about you have a delivery scheduled for 2-4 and it is 8:06 and you can't get an answer about where it is! As a local businesses owner spending $10,000+ at local Lowes each month I am so disappointed!! This is a constant and they need to improve in their area of customer service!!!
Great place to shop. Staff is informative and helpful.
The customer service is terrible. I walked by about 6 ppl idly standing by the cashier's register yet I've been waiting at the hardware desk over 10 minutes and received no help.
