So annoyed with Lowe’s. I’ve had five different orders in the last month get cancelled because the store didn’t have it and online it showed it did. Half the time I don’t know until I go to store to pick up items and I learn it’s not available. My online cart disappear every 24 hours. I call to complain and I’m offered 10% off. I already get that with my military discount. I wish I could gather all the military and just take their business from Lowe’s.
Lots of associate literally doing nothing... I’ll take my business to Home Depot.
Terrible at customer service post-installation of a fence. I reported a warranty issue (still within warranty -- original job was fall of 2016) back in summer 2017 and here we are -- January 2018 and my fence is still not fixed. Worst response, worst contractors (J and J Aluminum), bad. Look away! Even if they offer you better pricing, promise you the moon during the sales process -- do not work with them! --
Bad experience. The casher would not give me my veterans discount. Stated discounts for veterans is for retired or active duty personal. After showing her my veterans logo on drivers license.

I am remodeling my kitchen and have ordered the cabinets as I am ready to have them installed. So far everytime I go to pick up an order the cabinets are either damaged or the sales clerk can't find the entire order! Very frustrating!! And apparently they have recently upgraded their computers and not provided any training so the sales people take way too long to even give a partial answer!! This will be the last project I use Lowe's for!!
We waited for a long time in cabinetry for an associate and no one ever showed up after 30 minutes and being paged twice. We left and went to Home Depot without ever being assisted.
I loved getting my Christmas Tree for 50% off the original price, but it wasn't my sole purpose for coming to Lowe's. I was very disappointed that I placed an online order the day before and when I arrived to pick it up, it had been cancelled without any notification. The cashiers said that the item had been out of stock, but your online inventory showed two (2) sets in stock when I placed my order.
