The worse service ever!!!! Can't get the store manager to return calls......filed numerous complaints with Lowes and no resolution.
My wife ordered a stove and dishwasher. We had to wait 4 weeks for delivery which wasnt a problem. Delivery was set for today between 8 and 12. Delivery driver stated he would be here no later than 1015 via voicemail. It is now 5:19 and still no delivery and no one is answering the phone. Ive taken the day off of work and have literally been home all day. wtf. I will definitely be going back to Best Buy for my washer and dryer.
I just got back from the store. I made an online order to pickup and received notifications that my items were ready. I arrived at the store and waited in front of customer service for an hour and a half just to be told that my flooring and items were NEVER pulled and I shouldn't have received any emails. I not only recommend Lowe's for the company it is, but the person that needs acknowledgements is merited.
Just wanted to give credit where credit is due. After a very discouraging experience with Home Depot, we walked in Lowes in Waldorf today and a very nice man named Wade helped us with no questions asked. Got us what we needed/wanted in a few minutes time. If you need great customer service ask for Wade!!
Ordered a dishwasher on 3/4/20, of for it never heard from them. Call after the date set for delivery and they acted like they had never seen or heard of me. They located the order later in the call and I was told I would be called in a few days once it arrived in to be installed. Never heard from them. They are holding 800.00 dollars of my money and they act like that’s okay they will fix it and never do.
Great lumber selection great prices extremely helpful staff.
