Salesman and lady were very helpful and friendly.
Did an online order . They need to refine the process. I waited a day to go pick it up after multiple notifications. And they had to go get my plantation blinds (one little box) from the back . It should have been at pickup and as i waited there were multiple service issues at this location. Somebody from corporate or regional office should do a visit or mystery shop
I am going Hell with Lowe’s warranty regarding a washing machine I purchased from them. This is the SIXTH time it has broken in less than two years but they refuse to replace it because the first three times it was fixed under Samsungs’s warranty, and it has to break five times and fixed under Lowe’s warranty before they will replace. i just came from your store purchasing my spring time lawn stuff get to the register present my Veterinarian ID to be told we dont honor them you have to go online and register a phone number to receive your discount. So my Disabled Veterans ID and USAF VETERAN on my driver's license is not acceptable? Refund monies owed for labor not completed. 6.21.18 returned items that were not installed and Lowes 0402 wont refund the labor charged for this returned product.

Called Lowe’s Waldorf to find out if they carry a certain lightbulb. On the phone, transferred 3 times to get to the lighting “specialist”. I asked about the lightbulb and he says “come in and look for it and if you don’t find it we don’t have it”. Duuhhh!!! I was trying to prevent from doing that!! Is this the help we have today? This is customer service?? Guess what...they won’t be getting my business!!! Thanks your name represents you well...low!!!
