Terrible customer service. We waited 45 minutes to try to purchase a refrigerator. There was only one woman working the appliance department and she was completely overwhelmed. We eventually gave up and went to Best Buy. They had the same fridge for $20 less (free delivery, too) and we only had to wait 45 seconds to get helped. We mentioned something to Lowes' customer service on our way out but they could have cared less. To top it off, there were quite a few employees milling about, not tending to customers. Came in here looking to buy three ceiling fans and they were not on the floor so the associate said that he would get them for me. 45 minutes later he is nowhere to be found. While waiting I asked where the locksets are for doors and they directed me to Aisle 13. Wrong again. I finally decided to just leave and go to Home Depot.
We set up an online order weeks ago. They decided to change the date because the driver didn't want to work on Saturday (told My husband over the phone). Saturday came (after we decided an automated confirmation of when we would have our delivery). The driver never showed up so we went to the store. They promised the order would be here by the end of the day but it never showed. The driver on his own decided to cancel the order.
