THE ABSOLUTE WORST LOWES. DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. YOU’LL PAY FOR IT AND MAY NOT EVER SEE IT. WE ORDERED A STOVE TOP A MONTH AGO AND THE MANAGER SAID, “It’s here somewhere but we just can’t find it.” That was THREE DAYS AGO!!!!!!!!!!!!
The manager, TONY REYNA, labels paint "NIGGA BLACK". And did not accommodate her employee (US Army Vet) suffering from breast cancer. Changing her shifts so she couldn't make her docs appointment and giving her extra closing shifts "because she's black". This is a hostile, racist, sexist work environment

I bought some bathroom fixtures from Home depot and lowes over a year ago, this morning I went back to home depot and return the items i did not use, i was given store credit which is fine with me. after that i went to lowes, lowe's attendant did not wanted to give me a refund nor store credit. yes, i don't have the receipts for lowes or home depot, but home depot didn't have a problem get their problem getting their products back. lowes even after seeing the item in their system didn't back to to take the items back. lowes ... read more
Customer service. Staff at store had no idea how to order a shed I wanted to buy, so I did it online.. Tried to get it installed by Lowes, but no one responded to phone or email, so I'll do it myself. I will NOT be buying roofing materials from Lowes.
There’s a big sign that says “Get in, Get Out, Get Started”. Which is laughable - the outside door for customer pick was locked and absolutely no one is staffing the pick up - what a joke. No store Manager available -it’s not worth coming to this location.
Use Costco--better service. Scheduling is a nightmare.
