Went there to get the snap in wood panel flooring and was told when I was there on Sunday that they were discontinued and being sold at a discounted price. So went ahead and bought 12-13 boxes of it. Came home and learned that we needed at least 4 more. I have called FOUR times and each time I'm either on hold forever or someone picks up and then intentionally hangs up...This is beyond unprofessional and outrageous for a company deemed essential during a worldwide pandemic...The customer service is beyond sub par, unresponsive, and simply unprofessional and rude. Is it really too much for someone to at the very least answer the phone???
