I wish fractions of stars were an option because their customer service is so bad we really wondered if we were on some candid camera show that trolls helpless customers. Tears, days off and so much frustration. Lowes has mastered the art of passing the buck between the delivery service they contract with and their warehouses to the point you don't even know who to call to find out when or IF your delivery is coming. We'll get anger twitches anytime we DRIVE BY A LOWES (because we aren't going in one) for the rest of time.
We have been dealing with our kitchen remodel project since August. It’s been awful. We had two leaks under our sink which ruined the cabinet. And our garbage disposal was not installed correctly and has live exposed wires. No one from the store or corporate office is calling or emailing us back. Please call us to fix these issues! Will never use Lowe’s again.
First and last time I shop at Lowes - spent over $2,000 on appliances and so far, the delivery date for the stove was screwed up, and now I take a half day off work to wait on delivery of dishwasher. Get a call at 4:30pm from the delivery folks telling me that it can't be delivered because dishwasher was damaged when they went to pick up from Lowes. Have been on hold for 30 mins with their install dept. Unsat! Done
Went to Lowe's, in Fairfax, Virginia on Monday November 27th, purchased a dishwasher with delivery and installation; was called Wednesday to let me know the dishwasher had been delivered to the store; was called Thursday telling me the dishwasher would be delivered and installed the next day (Friday, December 1) between 3 and 6pm. Well, 6pm came, no dishwasher, called Lowe's Delivery Department, was told the dishwasher would be delivered Saturday....well today is Sunday, December 3, and no dishwasher. I was all set to sign a contract to purchase three toilets and have them installed if the work could be done next week. When Lowes presented me with the contract, it had work to begin a month from now. When I questioned it, they said, "Oh we just have to put that on there." I ask to speak with a manager because I did not want to sign a legal document that said I understood that the work would begin a month from now.
