We went in to buy some paint for our bathroom. Once I had my color picked and spoke to an associate she recommended the valspar reserve that would guarantee one coat would cover the color I had, which I told her what color it was. So I paid a little more and purchased that one. Only to come home and still have to use two coats of paint because one coat DID NOT cover it. Annoyed because I should have just done primer like I thought but I figured hey she knows what she's talking about.
They're always very helpful here. It's the closest home improvement store near me so it's the one I choose.
I love shopping at Lowe's only issue I had was not enough staff could not find anyone to help but cashier was very nice and courteous
The best home improvement place ! This Lowe's is the best place of all the lows i been to . They have the best costumer service
We usually have a great experience at the build and grow workshops, but it seems like they may have forgot about this one. They usually get started around 9:45am, but didn't even get the 1 stack of plywood down until 10:30, then couldn't find the hammers. It was 11 before they got started. I'm glad this was not my 1st build and grow, otherwise could have been the last. Very disappointed :(
Hate is a very strong word; however, very disappointed wasn't in the pick list. Very disappointed customer!!! I purchased a washer and dryer for my mom and was promised they would be delivered today. Received a phone call yesterday stating they would arrive between 6:00 and 8:00pm and that we would receive a call 30 minutes prior to delivery. No call and no delivery after staying home all day!
