Can’t believe how my friend was treated when she injured herself yesterday! Word gets around fast! You should fire the employee that was rude and no help to my friend who needed ice on her injury!
Great price. Not happy with the service today. Usually this place is pretty good when it comes with service. Only one person can mess up everything. We had Suffolk Lowes put on a roof for us in February. What an incredible mess! They not only left nails everywhere, they damaged the siding of our house too. We have repeatedly asked for someone to try and contact us, as our contract specifically states clean up is part of the job, but so far, no one has followed through. I am very dissatisfied with Lowes and the way they have devalued my 97 year old mother as a customer. I will never purchas any hime appliances from Lowes. I ecen got a 5 year extended warranty o a feont load Whirlpool. it cost more to replace rhw parts vs purchasing a new one and you have to wait 30 days for the parts.
Probably the worst customer service ever experienced. Definitely needs to be under new management. People are rude and most of the workers just wonder around aimlessly. There’s more employees wondering around doing nothing and gossiping then employees who are actually doing their job. And whenever you ask for help your told they don’t know and to go find some other random person who you need to search for like something out of Where’s Waldo. Once you find said person they too can’t help you. Better to go to Home Depot.
They are unwilling to help and managers will not even come to talk to you. After 3 separate issues, I guess it’s time to find a new home improvement place to shop. Even if it’s a longer drive, it will be worth it to receive quality service.
Dealt with 2 assistant managers. Jenna was clueless about everything . Asked for a copy of my receipt (phone order for appliance) at least 4 different phone calls. I believe the last manager was Jesse or something close that seemed knowledge but never received. Call the store at 855 PM and get a message the store is now closed for the night with 900 PM hrs. Finally called customer care at Lowe's 800 and problem solved.
Don't use them for any installation! They don't have adequate management to over see the project. If you need to purchase any material that needed to for them to install, forget it! Buy somewhere else cause you might have better luck getting your project finished. 😡😡😡
Did an online order. Website said they have more than one in store. Day of supposed delivery, I get phone call from store saying they can’t deliver one of three items ordered because they don’t have it. I pick a different item and did it ASAP so they can bundle my deliveries so I don’t pay extra for delivery. Turns out customer service cancelled a different item.
