Terrible experience with our new countertops. Won't be back. Shame considering we have an entire master bath, top to bottom, that needs re-done, and kitchen cabinets.

Only Lowes can have one register open on a Saturday...
Absolutely no customer service, and EVERY single thing I've ever bought that had ANY size at all too it not one employee has offered to help load it. I've actually had employees watch me struggle loading big items... we just recently purchased about 30 9.5 ft boards... I loaded them myself. I will be taking my business somewhere else due to the lack of customer care, management and service this particular store offers. Sad thing is the store doesn't care and never does anything to improve this.
Lowes contracting is THE WORST. Managers with attitudes that are dismissive of customers, third party contracting with terrible communication... just awful.
Great friendly staff, super helpful and courteous. Enormous supply of everything I needed. Will be a return customer for sure.
Lowe's sponsored a Suffolk Rocks painting event today and we couldn't have asked for better! Well done!
Entered 30 minutes before closing. Patiently waited for the staff member to return to cut 3 keys. Walked around twice to find another staff member to locate the key person and was told they'd send someone. On my third attempt to get a staff member to assist I was told they were closing. Tip - The trip to another retailer is worth it to save the time of waiting in anyone here to care�
