Horrible experience...bought a special order vanity that must have been returned to the store and when I opened it up 2 weeks later when I was ready to install it, the whole top was cracked all the way through. I had to then cart this 233lb one piece vanity back to the store where they just looked at me when I told them it was broken. I moved to the area in May and Charles came out to quote a fence install. I chose to go with Lowe’s because of Charles, however, after the contract was signed he’s been MIA. The fence install was subcontracted out to Hunterdale Investments and was scheduled to start mid July. Here it is mid September and my fence is still not complete. I’ve had stuff in my driveway since June. I can hardly get any communication out of anyone and I’m still waiting for the job be finished. Ordered a Stove Jul 5th 2020. Between the piss poor communication with their staff and not having delivery updates, unless imitated by me. It is now Aug 12th 2020 and after several calls to get any update. Stove I ordered is now discontinued. Instead of fixing the issue Lowe’s will charge me additional $$ and have me continue to wait for a new model to come in. Lowe’s clearly does not want local business. My daughter and her husband have been trying to get a fence installed since March. After 3 weeks they finally were able to get in touch with the salesman to make a contract. They were sent a contract and given an install date of "by May 21st". May 21st rolls around with no communication so it took calling in a Franklin Lowe's fence sales person coming and calling their old salesman to finally get something done. This has to be by far the worst Lowe’s that I’ve ever done business with. I spent $28000 dollars to get Pella windows installed in my house over 1.5 years ago. They still HAVE NOT finished the job. I am still waiting for my valances and clips to be installed. Additionally, they installed windows with the wrong locks (installed auto locks versus cam locks) and refuse to change them out. The customer service at this store is atrocious and driving to Home Depot in Chesapeake is probably your best bet. I bought 4 boards and had them cut to 52.25" to finish a project I am working on at home. The guy cutting them didn't seem like he wanted to be there, but whatever, I trusted that he was competent. I said thank you, paid for the boards and went home. As soon as I got home I realized by standing the boards up on the floor that the saw operator was blind! Went to buy a new tree after looking in store at prices last week, went into the store this evening and green signs were hung with 25% off all artificial trees. Once getting to check out tree did not ring up with 25% off advertised price. Cashier called an associate to the front who was not helpful at all and said he’d get a manager, and guess what no Manager ever came! Worst customer experience I’ve ever encountered. Obviously the management could care less about customer service

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.... NOT ONE PERSON STOPPED TO HELP ME WHEN I LITERALLY WAS IN TEARS LOOKING FOR HELP..... THEN GO TO CHECK OUT AFTER I FINALLY FIND SOMETHING THAT MAY OR MAY NOT BE RIGHT AND NOT A SINGLE BAG IN THE BUILDING SO I CARRY MY ITEMS OUT..... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER..... LOOKS LIKE THE STORE IS GOING OUT OF BUSINESS

After being injured at the Suffolk store and no assistance- I have reported this my leg is not healing. I have sent pictures still nothing. Poor poor customer service in Suffolk recommend you drive the extra distance somewhere else.
